A few examples of cakes that are created primarily with fondant. Techniques include figures, structuring, texturing, and using dusts, glitters, or airbrush to achieve different effects with the fondant.
Various techniques, from buttercream piping and airbrushing to fondant work and gelatin, all done on top of cupcakes or cookies.
